I'm a UX researcher driven by curiosity, empathy, and a love for connecting the dots between human behavior and product strategy.

I started my career with a background in the humanities and communication, which gave me a foundation in storytelling, critical analysis, and understanding people in context. That perspective still shapes my research today: I don’t just study what users do — I uncover why they do it, and translate those insights into stories that move teams forward.

Over the years, I’ve led research across industries including healthcare, e-commerce, and financial services, partnering closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create experiences that resonate. Whether I’m running a large-scale survey, conducting in-depth interviews, or synthesizing behavioral analytics, my goal is always the same: to bring clarity to complexity and ensure decisions are grounded in evidence.

I’m endlessly curious — whether I’m exploring a new travel destination, learning full-stack coding in a bootcamp, or experimenting with design tools. I believe great researchers never stop learning, and I bring that mindset to everything I do.
